The Portable Drying Tube Flue Gas Preprocessor is suitable for  pre-treatment before portable SO2 and NOx analyzers in  “ultra-low emission” scenarios, pre-treatment for portable SO2 analyzers following wet flue gas desulfurization (WFGD),  temporary dewatering backup systems for power plant CEMS  systems under “ultra-low emission” standards, as well as  related research and teaching activities in scientific and educational departments.

Main Features 

The membrane drying tube removes water vapor from the  flue gas without affecting the gas components (SO2, NOx,  O2), which improves analytical accuracy. 

Equipped with an internal ammonia filter to prevent  ammonia from causing irreversible damage to the  membrane drying tube, thus extending its service life. 

Operates stably and is suitable for both high and low-temperature operational environments.

Includes a built-in lithium battery, eliminating the need for  users to wait for the instrument to purge after measurements are completed. 

The entire unit is lightweight and portable, making it  convenient to carry.
