ZHK2610 Portable FID Analyzer(MHC/THC/NMHC)

Product Introduction

The portable analyzer employs a hydrogen flame  ionization detector (FID) detection technology that  complies with EN 13526, EN 12619, EPA Method  25A. The instrument uses a main unit with full-temperature heated FID technology and features a built-in  high-temperature catalytic device. The main unit  measures the total hydrocarbon value, while the  high-temperature catalytic device measures the methane value. The difference between the two values provides the non-methane total hydrocarbon value.

The detector is widely used for monitoring unorganized air at factory boundaries and emissions from fixed pollution  sources. It is utilized for comparison and acceptance of online monitoring instruments and emergency site monitoring of volatile organic compounds. The instrument is used by a wide range of users in key industries associated with  volatile organic compound emissions, including petrochemicals, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, painting, dyeing, and  rubber manufacturing.

Personnel Safety

Solid-state metal hydride technology  ensures the safety of personnel  during transportation and at the work  site. It has explosion-proof certification and can be applied in work  environments with high explosion-proof requirements

Portability and Data Accuracy

The required gas sources (hydrogen, zero  gas, calibration gas) are integrated into the  main unit, making it convenient for portability and on-site operations. The gas sources  are traceable and meet on-site quality  control requirements.

Ease of Operation

The instrument features a English interface with an intuitive display, making it easy to operate.

Instrument Expandability

The instrument can be expanded to measure parameters such as flue gas moisture content and automatically calculate the dry flue gas mass concentration. It can be upgraded to measure indicators of benzene  series substances such as benzene, toluene, xylene,  and ethylbenzene, allowing for the separation of  methane by catalytic methods and the separation of  benzene series substances by chromatography. This  is suitable for actual conditions where there are significant concentration differences in non-methane total hydrocarbons and benzene series substances in emissions from fixed pollution sources, while ensuring the accuracy  and durability of the instrument.

Remote transmission and quality control data management

The instrument allows for remote monitoring and viewing of on-site test data and instrument status. It enables  historical data review, comparative analysis of data at the same point over different time periods, and offers features  for exporting and printing data. Additionally, GPS/Beidou positioning can be used to locate the instrument, and  hierarchical user access control can be implemented for different levels of users. The instrument's quality control  data can be uploaded in real-time to a cloud platform, automatically generating quality control group files.
